How does PrimeTimeFilters.Com Work?
- Create
your own automated online Primetimefilters.com account:
Creating your online account will bring the convenience
of furnace filters to your door, personalized for your
home, your preferences, your schedule. You no longer
have to remember your filter sizes or when to change
them. Primetimefilters.com will do this for you –
automatically.

Select your preferences: filter quality, quantity, sizes
and schedule – monthly, bi monthly, quarterly.
- Quality
- Primetimefilters.com offers a variety of air filters
just like you would see in the store, brand names, competitively
priced and with more size options, adding the ease of
ordering in your own home and the convenience of delivery
to your door. Choose what you would like your air quality
to be, based on your needs and preferences. Allergies,
pets or other circumstances that require clean air will
guide your choices here.

Quantity- Choose the quantity. How many air returns
you have in your home will be the number of filters
your want per order.

Size: Then choose your sizes – this can be found
on the binding of your current filter or by measuring
your current filters H x W x L.

Schedule: Finally choose how often you would like to
receive your filters. If you have allergies and would
like to change them once a month or every other month
we can provide that for you. It is recommended by HVAC
equipment and filter manufacturers that you should change
your filters at least every three months.
- Delivery:
We ship your preferred filters on the schedule you select
– automatically- right to your door. All orders
will be arrive via Federal Express, on the schedule you request. You may get started
immediately* or if you just changed your filters, choose
based on when you need to change them next and we’ll
ship them to your door. (*if starting immediately expect
filters to arrive within 3-5 business days.)

I buy just one filter?

Primetimefilters.com offers a service membership. We
will ship you the filters you choose on an ongoing basis
until an established account is closed. An account must
be set up in order to receive a shipment of filters.
- How
do I get my filters?
- Delivery:
We ship your preferred filters on the schedule you select
– automatically- right to your door. All orders
will arrive via Federal Express or equivalent (as determined
by Primetimefilters.com). You may get started immediately*
or if you just changed your filters, choose based on
when you need to change them next and we’ll ship
them to your door. (*if starting immediately expect
filters to arrive within 3-5 business days.) Upon shipment
of your filters, we will send you an email message telling you
when to expect your new filters.
- How
will I know when to expect my filters?

An automatic email will be sent out to each member once
their filters have shipped. This email will provide
ship date, tracking number and estimated delivery date.

- My
filters arrived damaged. What do I do?

we ship outside of the United States?

At this time Primetimefilters.com is only accepting
memberships for customers within the 48 contiguous United
States.
- Where
do shipments originate?

All shipments originate from the Nashville metropolitan
area.
- May
I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! You may cancel online anytime, 24 hours
a day. There is no cancellation fee. However, if a membership
is cancelled while filters are in transit or once filters
have been delivered the member is responsible for full
payment of the filters and shipping charges. All future
shipments will be cancelled.
